Race Tip

FINAL SIREN (4) last appeared on July 5 when a good fourth over 5f in the LR Beaufine Sprint at Pinjarra, beaten 1.5 lengths, which was his only run of the campaign. Lucy Fiore stays aboard. Sure to run well. STORMCHASER (6) wound up strongly last time out to finish 0.9 lengths adrift in third over 6f at Pinjarra when coming back from a break. Sound record at this distance with four wins and two minor placings from nine runs and is sure to play a big role. BOOTS LIKE BRUCE (1) resumes after ten months and looks ready following a Lark Hill trial win. Has a strong record here at this journey with three wins from four runs. Has claims on his best efforts. FAST FLICKER (8) produced a reasonable run when returning from a break last start over 6f in Listed grade at Pinjarra, finishing 3.5 lengths from the winner in fifth. Loves racing here and has managed two wins from three visits. Takes on a tougher assignment but must be respected.
