TRIPLE THE CHANT (7) was an effortless maiden winner last time out over 1m at Northam, scoring by 2 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Re-unites with Joey Azzopardi who was on board last start. Serious contender again with the confidence high. WESTCOAST EXPRESS (12) turned in a much better effort last start when beaten only 1.2 lengths into second at Northam over 6½f. Extra trip a plus and is a definite winning chance. ROMANTIC RULER (2) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a strong race last time out, finishing fourth and beaten only 1.5 lengths over 1m at Northam after being in contention on the turn. Has raced five times here and has never missed the frame. Jason Whiting is a key engagement. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. WHO SAZ YES (10) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m at Northam, beaten 5 lengths into fourth. Well placed to make amends.
