ON PATROL (9) turned in a eye-catching run last start over 7f at Bunbury, winding up hard from well back on straightening to finish a close second. A repeat of the latest effort will see him in the finish again. KELVINATER (3) finished 8 lengths adrift in 12th last time at this track after being in contention on the corner in a disappointing performance. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. LITTLE SILVER (6) has returned in good order this campaign. Opened with a second at Pinjarra two starts back then got the job done by one length last time out over 7f at Bunbury. Must raise the bar but another win is not out of the question. EXCELTRAIN (1) has been about the mark of late. Last time out was 3 lengths from the winner in fourth over 7f at Bunbury. Facing a tougher assignment but can figure in the finish.
