VAMPI AT PLAY (2) improved sharply on her fifth two starts back in the LR Sheila Gwynne Stakes at Ascot with a win as favourite over 6f at Ascot three-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by a nose. Meeting a tougher field but on her best form she is capable of testing her rivals. CHOLLIMA (5) was thereabouts last time out when second at this track over 7f, beaten half a length. Cherry-ripe now. Clint Johnston-Porter who has scored on her two times retains the mount. Leading contender. DANCE BOSS (6) was allowed to drift back from an outside draw last time but found the line strongly to finish fourth, beaten 2.25 lengths, over 6f at Ascot. Solid top-three prospects. CELEBRITY PRINCE (4) worked home well and finished third last time over 5f at this track when resuming from a lay-off, beaten 4 lengths. Yet to miss the placings from four starts at this circuit. Worth plenty of thought.
