SIGLO DE ORO (8) is on a quick turnaround after a solid second over 5½f at Gatton nine days ago. Good effort last start and shapes as a major threat. EXOSTOVA (11) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5¼f at Toowoomba, beaten 13 lengths into eighth after being in the firing line on the corner. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. FUNKY ZEBRA (3) returns from a lay-off of six-and-a-half months and did win when resuming last time in work over 5½f at Ipswich. Fitter for a minor placing in a recent Doomben trial. Sound prospects.
