WELLY (8) got off the mark over 7f at Gold Coast last start, scoring by a long neck. Serious contender again with the confidence high. MISHANI REACTOR (5) was an impressive maiden winner last time out, scoring by 5.5 lengths over 7½f at Kilcoy. Nicely drawn and he cannot be underestimated. EXPLOSIVE POWER (1) is back at the races for the first time since June 4. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last time in work over 6½f at Ballina. Has to be respected. GREEN MEADOWS (2) is back from a lay-off of four months and does go well when fresh, including a win to launch last campaign over 7f152yards at Gold Coast Poly. Makes plenty of appeal.
