GUN CONTROL (7) stepped out on her debut over 6f at Warwick Farm three weeks ago and finished 12th, beaten 12 lengths. Will have a lot more to offer this time. BLOOMIN' GOLD (3) resumes from a lay-off of six months and looked close to a win before that break, finishing off with a minor placing over 7f at this track. Ran eighth in a recent trial at Hawkesbury. Rates highly on best figures and should be right in this. WHITE CHRISTMAS (2) is a four-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Marc Chevalier barn. Resumes after finishing seventh at Sunshine Coast at his last run six months ago. Ran fifth in a trial over 4f at Hawkesbury and looks nicely placed. Can return with a bold run.
