Likely improver with strong prospects. PLEADEEL (4) showed little early speed last start and failed to come on in the straight when 15th, beaten 9 lengths, over 1m2f at Doomben. Ideally placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. KATERINI (9) finished out of the money two starts back then she was never in contention and was beaten 5. 5 lengths when eighth in a 1m4f contest at Sunshine Coast three-and-a-half weeks ago. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. KALKANLI (3) did a good job last time, finishing in the money when second over 1m2 1/2f at Lismore. Racing well without winning and deserves respect on best figures.
