HIGH CLASS ROLLER (13) wasn't far away on debut last start over 6½f at Lismore, finishing third and beaten a head. Should improve sharply and this looks a nice race. FLYING ASTERN (3) showed good early speed last start on debut but felt the pinch late and finished fourth, beaten 2.5 lengths, over 5½f at Gold Coast Poly. Sure to improve and can get off the mark this time. HE'S POPLAR (5) was solid on debut last start, winding up nicely at the end of 5½f to finish fourth at Lismore. Suited by the longer trip and is worth including. BACK ON DE QUO (1) turned in a better run last start, beaten 1.3 lengths into fourth over 6½f at Lismore. Better than recent efforts suggest.
