Race Tip

HELLUVA BARTY (1) progressed nicely last time out at the second run of the campaign when he did his best work late and finished just a long neck from the winner in second over 5f at Moe. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. BRING ME POWER (2) hit the frame two starts ago at this track but ran below par last time when 12th and beaten 6 lengths over 5f at Flemington. Lachlan King gets the best out of this five-year-old gelding. Has the ability to figure prominently. THE GOV (6) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 4. 5 lengths when eighth over 5f at Sandown-Hillside two-and-a-half weeks ago. This doesn't look as hard so she is set to turn things around. EL SALTO (7) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago but couldn't follow that up last time out when sixth over 5f at this track, beaten 3 lengths. Well placed and can make amends.
