MOLLY THE MAGICIAN (6) was safely held when seventh last time out over 7f at Sandown-Lakeside, beaten 4.5 lengths after being in contention on the corner. That followed a win at this track at the previous outing. Finds an easier assignment and can get the job done. BORN TO SHINE (7) scored two runs back then was popular with punters last time but could only manage to finish sixth over the same trip at Murtoa. Finds a nice race and can atone.
