PRINCE LUCIFER (12) resumes from a lay-off of five months. Could only manage to finish 12th at the latest run over 6f at this track. Ran fourth in a recent trial at Morphettville. Rates on top and is a great chance to break through. OLDPOP (10) finished 1.75 lengths from the winner in sixth last start over 6½f at Mt Gambier, an improvement on his tenth at Bordertown the run before. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. MASTER CHARLIE (5) travelled in a rearwards position then picked up fairly well in the straight and finished 4.5 lengths away in sixth last time out over 5¼f at this track a week ago. Steps up in journey. Right in this. URBANISE (14) is a three-start maiden who returned last time and finished seventh at Murray Bridge over 5f, beaten 6 lengths. Should progress from that last outing and poses a genuine threat.
