ZARUBINA (12) started at 9/4 last time and ran below expectations, finishing fifth and beaten 1.4 lengths at Naracoorte over 5½f. Meets a stronger field but she is worth another chance. CITY PRO (1) wasn't far away on debut last start over 6f at Murray Bridge, finishing fourth and beaten 2.5 lengths. One of the main contenders. MONDELLO (8) is yet to break through in nine runs but wasn't far away last time when second over 6¾f at Strathalbyn on August 20. Can feature again.
