Untried at this journey but strips fitter and is a great chance to break through. EMPIRESTATEOFMIND (8) got the prize two runs ago at Mildura. Less impressive last time out when eighth over 1m4f at Sandown-Hillside, beaten 5 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. Finds a suitable race and can return to winning ways. LANDMARK ALLEY (9) finished 8 lengths away in sixth last time out over 1m2f at Bordertown a week-and-a-half ago. Steps up in distance. Meets a tougher line-up this time but has winning claims. UNISPHERE (7) scored on dirt over 6f213yards at Port Augusta two starts ago then couldn't find the top-three on the same surface last time out over 1m1 1/4f at Port Augusta. Going well and must be included again.
