CABLE DE VEGA (4) was in contention on the bend and progressed nicely last start to finish a close second over 1m at Wodonga after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Finds a more suitable contest and can get the job done. CHEEKY BLINDERS (5) finished third at Hamilton two runs back but was less effective last time over 7f124yards at Yarra Valley, finishing 4 lengths back in seventh. Ideally placed and is sure to play a major role. TUSSOCK (9) missed the placings two runs back then didn't feature last start when 5 lengths away in eighth over 1m2f at St Arnaud. Beautifully placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. BOX VALE (10) has not won for a long while. Last raced on October 19 when beaten 8 lengths into 11th at Moe over 1m. Has the class to produce a better result.
