Race Tip

SHADOW STORM (9) missed the placings on debut two runs back then didn't feature last start when 18 lengths away in eighth over 6f at Warrnambool. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. CAPTAIN CAT (1) found the line strongly last time out when second over 1m1/4f at Moe at his third run back. Has a good association with Nathan Punch with a run of four top-three results. Best form puts him right in this. PACIFIC PIXIE (13) settled well back and never came on when resuming last start, finishing 11th and beaten 7 lengths over 7f43yards at Geelong. Has the class to find the winners' list. VLTAVA (10) was out of the money on debut two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he was never in contention over 7f at Benalla, beaten 5. 5 lengths into fifth. Has the talent to put the recent run of form behind him.
