EAGLE WARRIOR (2) progressed nicely last time out to finish just a nose from the winner in second over 1m2f at Wangaratta after being in the firing line on the bend. Must raise the bar but another big run is on the cards. ELOPED (10) finished out of the money two starts back then she got a long way back and was beaten 21 lengths when fifth over 1m7f at Moonee Valley two-and-a-half weeks ago. Finds a more suitable contest and can turn things around. MYSTIC VAMP (11) was a real eye-catcher last start, coming from the tail over 1m2 1/2f at Stony Creek to finish a long neck from the winner in second. Hasn't been far away this time in work with two minor placings from four starts. Looks one of the prime contenders. VADARCHIE (4) was beaten 3.5 lengths into fifth in a 1m1 1/2f contest at Kyneton at his latest appearance. Finds a nice race and can atone.
