COMMANDOSLASTDANCE (5) last appeared on September 17 when a good fourth over 6f at this track, beaten 1.75 lengths. One of the genuine hopes in the race. OCEAN BIRD (4) improved last start to finish second over 6f at Fonner Park. Going up a level this time but she is good enough to play a major role. ALMOST GOT LUCKY (3) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when she got a long way back over 6½f at Turf Paradise, beaten 14 lengths into tenth. Meets some better types this time but a win is not out of the question. TIA SUZI (1) is a four-year-old filly who is having her first run for the Sherry Laing barn. Resumes after finishing fourth at Turf Paradise (Dirt) at her last run nine weeks ago. Not seen at the trials but looks nicely placed. Shapes as a top-three chance.
