NONESOSPICY (1) is a progressive galloper who is when resuming since finishing sixth over 5f at Belmont Park eight months ago which was the only run of that prep. Trialling well leading into this. Has an impressive strike rate at this distance with three wins from four runs and should prove tough to beat. HEDAWOOD (4) returns after a lay-off of five months. Looking to emulate his win at Belmont Park at the beginning of last prep. Has found a suitable race. MISS FINKMEYER (7) returns after a lay-off of ten weeks. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 5f at Albany. One to consider. BABY PEARL (2) finished sixth at this track and distance at his last appearance four months ago. Now under the care of new trainer Colin Webster (Jnr). Makes plenty of appeal.
