LATER ALLIGATOR (6) came home strongly last start to finish third, beaten 1. 3 lengths, over 7f at this track. Can go on with it. GINGER AND TONIC (11) missed the placings two runs back then didn't feature last start when 3. 5 lengths away in fifth over 1m at Belmont Park. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is one of the chief contenders. THE SPRUIKER (9) made progress last time out, finishing 2 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 1m at Pinjarra. Looks well placed so expect another big run. KERMAN ROCK (7) finished tenth over 1m3f at Belmont Park at his most recent appearance on September 13. Makes plenty of appeal.
