RIPPER FAROOQ (4) was well-fancied last time out but could only manage second over 5f six days ago. Nice run last time and is capable of taking this out. SNIPPY WHICH (1) finished fourth two runs back then did well last start when he worked home well but found a couple better over 6f at this track, beaten only 1. 1 lengths. Looks well placed so expect another big run. BEST MOOD (5) was returning from a break last time out and proved too classy, scoring by 1. 2 lengths over 6f at this track. Open to plenty of improvement and is expected to feature in the finish. BIG CITIES (6) went to the paddock after scoring at his last appearance six months ago over 7¾f at Newman. Definite top-three chance.
