ETERNAL WINE (5) resumes after a break of four-and-a-half months. Won on debut to launch the last campaign over 5½f at Northam. Will strip fitter following a recent trial win. Will be tough to beat. WATTO'S MARK (4) was well supported on debut last start and turned in a strong effort to finish second over 6f at Bunbury. Open to sharp improvement and can get off the mark this time. MAJOR FLIRT (1) did well to score at this track two runs ago. Not disgraced last time out when in the firing line on the turn before finishing third over 7f at this track, beaten half a length. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot make amends. WRITTEN WORDS (2) recorded his first win last start over 5f at this track, getting home by 1. 2 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Harder here but should be involved in the finish.
