WANT A WINNER (2) is a solid performer who finished off last campaign with a fourth over 6f at Belmont Park at his latest appearance four months ago. Will strip fitter for a subsequent trial win. HAIDA GWAII (8) returns from a lay-off of six months after back-to-back wins to close last campaign, the latest over 5f at Pinjarra. Harder here but should be hard to stop. ATLANTIC SPIRIT (6) settled well back last start and never threatened when 5 lengths from the winner in 12th over 6f in the LR Jungle Mist Classic at this track. Finds a more suitable contest and can turn things around. STREET BAND (5) is back at the races for the first time since September 27.
