RED TORI (7) met with solid support last start over 7f at this track when ninth, beaten 4 lengths. Rates highly and expected to atone. SURE NO SOMETHING (2) fought on for second last start over 7f at Geraldton, making it two minor placings in a row. Steps up a level but he is worth serious consideration. SNAZZLER (1) settled well back and never came on when resuming last start, finishing seventh and beaten 4 lengths over 7f at Pinjarra. This is a nice drop in grade so he is set to turn things around. UNCLE GERARD (3) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a strong race when fresh from a lay-off last time out, finishing fourth and beaten only 2 lengths over 6f at Pinjarra. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
