OVERPASS (1) sat close to the pace last time out but faded to finish eighth, beaten 3.5 lengths over this journey in the G1 Champions Sprint at Flemington. Rates highly and deserves another chance. BRAVO CENTURION (11) was in a different class last time, registering a dominant 4 lengths win over 5f in the G3 Prince Of Wales Stakes at this track to make it six in a row. Chris Parnham who has five wins when partnering stays on. Best form puts him right in this. LADY LAGUNA (15) comes here off a last-start tenth, beaten 4 lengths, over 6f at Flemington. Reunites with James Mcdonald who knows her well with two wins in partnership. Winning claims on best figures. MAHARBA (5) built on a nice third when fresh from a lay-off two starts back in the G2 Schillaci Stakes at Caulfield with a win over 6f in the G3 Rising Fast (Chatham) Stakes at Flemington four weeks ago, getting home by a nose. Finds a suitable race and can make it back-to-back successes.
