IMA WILD GIRL (5) finished 1.4 lengths away in fourth last time out over 6f at Geraldton a week-and-a-half ago as 10/11 favourite. Steps up in journey. Will drift back but wind up late. One of the leading chances. CRIMMO (1) hasn't been far away lately, last time out finishing just 1.3 lengths back in fifth over 7f at Pinjarra. Facing a tougher assignment but should be in the finish. KERMIT'S LUCK (2) returned from a lay-off two weeks ago when he was beaten 3 lengths into seventh over 7f at Pinjarra. Fitter so expect a better run this time. CHERRY'S A STAR (3) was responsible for a better run last start at the second run of the campaign, beaten 1.5 lengths into fourth over 7f at this track. Likely improver with strong top-three prospects.
