EN PRIMEUR (13) produced a reasonable effort when fourth last start over 6f at Tamworth, beaten 3 lengths after she did her best work in the closing stages. That followed a win at Walcha the start prior. Likely improver with strong prospects. MAGIC SORCERER (14) did little and finished 7 lengths from the winner in tenth over 7f at Gunnedah last start after being in contention on the corner, a less impressive effort than his sixth at Tamworth the run before. Must raise the bar but he has the ability to test this field. ARDONAUGH (6) missed the placings two runs back then didn't feature last start when 4. 5 lengths away in eighth over 5f at Tamworth. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. LORD OF THE SUN (5) has not won for a long while. Last raced on February 21 when beaten 2. 25 lengths into fifth at Mudgee over 5½f. Placed to advantage and can run a better race.
