BETTYS CASH (3) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 5½f at this track, beaten 2. 5 lengths after being in contention on the turn. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. BIG JIMMY (5) turned in a fine effort to win by one length at this track and distance when when resuming from a layoff last start. Nicely placed to score once again. LOOKS RARE (2) reunites with Mike T Luark after scoring with ease over 7f at this track (Dirt) last time. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. One of the main contenders. BRIGGS ARMYPOWER (4) showed little early dash last start but found the line strongly to get up for third, beaten 3 lengths, over this course and distance. Record at this track is strong. Worth considering.
