CHICKEN WING (5) made progress last time out, finishing 3 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 5f at this track after being in contention on the bend. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. PANUCO (6) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 5. 5 lengths when sixth in a 6f contest at Lone Star Park seven weeks ago. This doesn't look as hard so he is one of the main contenders. HEY NOW (3) worked home well and finished second last time over 5½f at this track (Dirt) when resuming from a lay-off, beaten 0. 8 lengths. Ready to go one better. NORTHWIND (1) was sent out favourite but could only finish fifth over 1m at this track last time. Prior to that had been racing well, collecting three minor placings on end. Should camp just off the leaders. In the mix.
