Race Tip

SPICED UP (10) is a talented colt who tackled tougher grade last time, finishing 10 lengths behind Troubleshooting over 6½f in the G1 Franklin-Simpson Stakes at Kentucky (Turf). Has been in great form with two wins from three outings this campaign. Should be hard to stop. OUT ON BAIL (5) tackled the Franklin-Simpson Stakes over 6½f at Kentucky last time out when fresh from a lay-off and was beaten 4 lengths into seventh by Troubleshooting. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Among the leading chances. NO EVIDENCE (8) comes here off a break of nine weeks. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last time in work over 5½f at Saratoga. Looks a strong top-three prospect. FORGED STEEL (2) turned in another moderate effort last start when 3. 5 lengths from the winner in sixth over 1m at Kentucky. Likely improver with strong top-three prospects.
