FORGIVING SPIRIT (3) scored when resuming two runs ago but couldn't back it up last time when fourth over 6f at Saratoga (Dirt). Should be poised just off the lead. One of the main contenders. MANTA REY (4) has been freshened up since he finished seventh over 1m1f at Saratoga (Dirt) six weeks ago. Will drift back but wind up late. Deserves respect on best figures.
