TIMAEUS (6) finished third when resuming from a lay-off last start over 1m1f at Saratoga. Ideally placed to score. HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPS (2) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 7f at Saratoga, beaten 10 lengths after being in the firing line on the turn. Strips fitter and can find the winners' list. TORPEDO RUN (3) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 7f at Parx, beaten 5 lengths after being in contention on the corner. Perfectly placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. MY MAN MATTY (1) returns from a lay-off of three-and-a-half months. Was safely held at the only appearance last prep when eighth over 6½f at Saratoga (Dirt). Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. One of the better hopes.
