BOSS THREE O TWO (4) finished out of the money when fresh from a lay-off two starts back then he was never in contention and was beaten 11 lengths when seventh over 1m at this track a week ago. Finds a nice race and can find winning form. MR MENDELSSOHN (6) is close to breaking through after three consecutive placings, the latest coming when second over 7f at this track (Dirt) after being prominent from the outset. Well placed this line-up and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. CONNIVING (7) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 17 starts. Was again denied last start when he found one better over 6f at this track. Best figures measure up nicely. Makes plenty of appeal. YORK TAVERN (3) has been out of the winners list for a long time, last start finishing third at this track (Dirt) over 7f. Blinkers go on among the leading chances.
