PARKERNESS (8) was prominent at the corner and ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 1m at Parx after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Finds a tougher race but another big run is on the cards. DEVIL'S CAY (6) finished 13 lengths back in sixth over 6½f at this track (Dirt) at the latest appearance just a week ago. Should be thereabouts in this suitable race. WATASHA (2) is experiencing a long win drought, extended last start when fifth over 6½f at this track (Dirt). Placed to advantage so expect a better run this time.
