Steps up a level but he is good enough to figure in the finish. BADGE OF WAR (1) finished midfield at his first run back from a lay-off last start, beaten 8 lengths over 6f at this track (Dirt). One of the main contenders. HAVE YOU HEARD (8) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 7f at this track, beaten 12 lengths into sixth. Better than recent efforts suggest.
