RED D G P (9) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just once from 11 starts. Did a good job last start to finish third over 6½f at this track, beaten 6 lengths. Perfectly placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. GUN MAESTRO (1) met with solid support last time out but could only manage to finish fifth over 6f at this track (Dirt) in a disappointing performance. This is a nice drop in grade so he is perfectly placed to make amends. MUDVILLE NINE (3) did little and finished 18 lengths from the winner in sixth over 1m at this track last start, a less impressive effort than his fourth at this track the run before. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. SOUTH STREET (8) finished sixth two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 1m at this track, beaten just 0.3 lengths. Best efforts measure up so capable of another big run.
