VORONYA (1) has been in the placings at both runs this prep, most recently a closing third over 6f at Darwin. Big chance to break through. BRAZEN SAILOR (2) is close to breaking through after three consecutive placings, the latest coming when second over 6f at this track after he came with a powerful finish. Will need a good ride from Hannah Le Blanc off the awkward draw. Well placed this line-up and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. VATICAN ROSE (5) did little and finished 11 lengths from the winner in 12th over 5½f at Darwin last start, a less impressive effort than her fourth at Darwin the run before. Finds a more suitable contest and can take this out. SPLISH SPLASH (4) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at this track, finishing second and only 1. 75 lengths from the winner at the end of 6f. Nicely placed to fill a top-three spot.
