BRAZEN SAILOR (2) showed good early speed and raced just off the lead before lifting to score by a nose over 6½f at Rockhampton last start. Sure to go well again. OUR SQUAMOSA (6) has recorded three minor placings from three runs this campaign. Continued the trend last start when runner-up over 6f at this track after she was in the firing line all the way. Finds a more suitable contest and can get the job done. STELLA BYSTARLIGHT (4) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with just two wins from 28 starts. Was again denied last start when she found one better over 6f at this track. Has the talent to feature in the finish. HIGHLANDS (1) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing ninth at this track over 7f. Beautifully placed and is sure to take a ton of beating.
