IVA MISSION (1) is returning from a lay-off of 12 weeks. Finished sixth at Kyneton over 1m1 1/2f at the first run last prep. Now with a new trainer Reece Goodwin. Fitter for a sixth in a recent trial over 6f at Pakenham. Key runner while fresh. EIGHT SHOUT'S (3) turned in a modest performance when fourth last time out over 1m2 1/2f at Hinnomunjie, beaten 8 lengths. That followed a win at Yea at the previous outing. Enjoys a drop in grade so he is a leading contender. CONSENSIO (4) turned in a sound effort last time but found one better at Yea over 1m, beaten half a length. Is in solid form this time in work, scoring two times and placing on four occasions from seven starts. Expected to be competitive. ENOUGH WAR (5) has been in the market at her last couple of runs but failed to threaten, the latest effort a modest seventh at Hinnomunjie over 1m. Well-placed and can sneak into the finish.
