Nicely placed to take this out. MAGNA MAK (3) last appeared when she finished seventh over 6f at Narrandera on July 13. Hasn't scored when fresh from a break but generally races well with two minor placings. Has found the right race. NOCI DI COCCO (16) was prominent at the corner and finished second last start over 4½f at this track, beaten 0. 8 lengths. Placed to advantage and can feature in the finish. MER CHAR (6) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing fifth at this track over 5f190yards after being in contention on the corner. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot return to winning ways.
