SERENADING (8) impressed when successful on debut over 5f at Wagga four months ago and has not appeared since. Has plenty of upside and should go on with it. SIMPLY LUSCIOUS (5) showed good early muster and fought on to finish third last start over 4f190yards at Swan Hill. Goes up a rung or two but she is worth serious consideration. MAJESTIC REWARD (6) resumes after a break of six-and-a-half months. Did win at her only other when resuming run when on debut, scoring over 5½f at Wodonga. Makes plenty of appeal. TORVECCHIO (9) finished third over 7¾f at Bordertown at her most recent appearance on June 27. Definite top-three chance.
