FILTHY HABITS (2) was right in contention when they turned for home and kept finding to finish third last start over 1m at Ascot, beaten a long neck. Goes up a rung or two but he is good enough. MANAVENDRA (5) started at 11/4 last time on the back of a win at this track two starts ago but was below his best, finishing 11th over 1m2 1/2f at Geraldton after being prominent at the bend. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. PURE CHINO (9) turned in a fine effort to win by 3.5 lengths at this course and distance last start in a far better run. Meeting a deeper field this time but she deserves plenty of thought. QUEEN OF JERUSALEM (10) turned in a much better effort last time out to score by 1.75 lengths over 1m4f at Ascot. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run.
