Group 3 placegetter CHUCK A LUCK (8) hit the frame two starts ago at this track but ran below par last time when tenth and beaten 5.5 lengths over 1m2 1/2f at Geraldton. Has the class to put the recent run behind him. DEADLY AND FAST (6) kept coming only to just miss last start over 1m2 1/2f at this track. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is right in contention. SLUICE BOX (2) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing fourth at Geraldton over 1m2 1/2f. In the right race and should be thereabouts.
