You didn't think we'd leave you without some more information on Planet Sport's three main picks from Punchestown did you?

17.20 Punchestown - The Nice Guy

Willie Mullins' unbeaten The Nice Guy can sidle off with the Irish Mirror Novice Hurdle.

A ready winner of the Albert Bartlett Novices' Hurdle at Cheltenham, the seven-year-old took the step up to three miles in his stride.
You won't get the Cheltenham odds of 18/1 for this one but the Nice Guy is our kind of pick under Paul Townend.

17.55 Punchestown - Minella Indo

Probably one of the most underrated horses in jumps racing, Henry De Bromhead's Minella Indo can prove he is a true three miles specialist in the Ladbrokes Punchestown Gold Cup.

The 2021 Cheltenham Gold Cup win was no fluke, as he showed when coming back this year and finishing a valiant second behind stablemate A Plus Tard.
Allaho could be anything over the three mile trip but Minella Indo thrives at the distance and can gallop to victory under Robbie Power.

19.05 Punchestown - Ciel De Neige

Roughly translated as snow sky, Ciel De Neige can put the freeze on the opposition in the OMC Claims Handicap Chase.

A really consistent sort, the Willie Mullins' seven-year-old hasn't finished out of the top two in any of his last six races.
A course win in February is good practice for Ciel De Neige who runs in the green and gold JP McManus silks but is liable to leave the bookies feeling blue.
