Wednesday horse racing top tips: Each-way double from Dundalk and Kempton

A Tipstrr horse racing pundit has been casting his eye for each-way value over Wednesday's racecard, and has picked out a couple that could out-race their price at Dundalk and Kempton.
16:45 (Dundalk) Neverfindanother U
Neverfindanother U is an unexposed four-year-old filly who ran poorly on all three of her outings so far, but who definitely has untapped potential, as two of those runs really should have seen a better ending.
Having been hampered last time out here at Dundalk, and getting away slowly at the Curragh in her debut race, those runs should serve her well here, while an increase in distance from a mile to 12 furlongs might just be what's needed on her handicap debut.
Interestingly, those rivals from her last race who have run since have all gone on to do relatively well, and with her trainer Thomas Gibney in good form, there could be some value around at prices around 10/1.
20:30 (Kempton) Scarlet Ruby
Scarlet Ruby is an in-form six-year-old mare who has shown plenty of improvement over her last few runs, last tasting success over hurdles on her penultimate outing at Leicester in November.
She was a beaten favourite last time out, finishing in fourth position from seven runners after a mistake three furlongs out led to her fading away.
Today Scarlet Ruby drops down to Class 6 company and down in distance to 11 furlongs with no obstacles to contend with over Kempton's all-weather track.
She seems to prefer this shorter distance, performing fairly consistently over 12 furlongs and winning once a few years back.
However, it would appear that the jockey Gina Mangan could be the key here, coming back on board Scarlet Ruby with a significant five-pound allowance, along with that slightly interrupted improvement last time out.
If she comes here to Kempton in the mood to continue with that progressive improvement, then she's in with a great chance of out-racing her price of 20/1 or more.
