Clonmel each-way racing tip: Kate Ill Know primed to bounce back

In the week after the Cheltenham Festival, horse racing can seem somewhat underwhelming, but that hasn’t stopped our friends at Tipstrr from sharing their most popular tip from one of Clonmel’s races.
Clonmel racecourse is an oval, undulating right-handed racetrack with a circuit of around a mile and a quarter, with each circuit of the chase course including six fences, with a long run after the third last, two fences in the home straight and a run-in of around 150 yards.
This race is over two miles and even over the minimum chasing trip the current heavy going will make this a stern test of stamina.
Kate Ill Know is no stranger to success here having won a maiden on debut over this course and distance two years ago.
A busy 2021 campaign was followed by a 16-month break, which meant she appeared to need the run last month when being far from disgraced on her return to the track, finishing sixth in heavy going over the same trip.
With that pipe-opener out of the way, she looks capable of getting back to fulfilling the potential she showed two seasons ago, and she could feature prominently in this company.
