Willie Mullins has a strong hand in the Thyestes Chase

A thunderously good day of racing at Thurles on Thursday, February 4. Willie Mullins has a sweet runner who could provide some Cheltenham clues.

You can get all the latest action on Thursday at Thurles in our Live Race Centre.

Here's a quick list of our picks from Thurles on Thursday, February 24.

Dolcita (13.55 Thurles)

All Class (14.30 Thurles)

Exciting Oscar (15.05 Thurles)

The Little Yank (15.40 Thurles)

The Folkes Tiara (16.15 Thurles)
Ever So Cool (16.50 Thurles)
Brookline (17.20 Thurles)
And here's some more juicy information on Planet Sport's three main Thurles tips.

13.55 Thurles - Dolcita

A competitive little Irish Stallion Farms EBF Mares Novice Chase can go the way of Willie Mullins' consistent Dolcita.

Coming from the Italian word for sweet, Dolcita runs in the red and pink silks of Sullivan Bloodstock, who had the talented Laurina.

A huge fourteen lengths win last time out puts Dolcita bang on for this one and the mare holds an entry for the Mrs Paddy Power Mares' Chase at Cheltenham, for which this should offer some clues.

14.30 Thurles - All Class

Quite a hefty name to live up to and this one should have enough class to take the Thurles Racecourse Handicap Chase.

The seven-year-old Ronan McNally mare has won three out of five previous races with the last victory coming in easy fashion at Navan before Christmas.
Capable of running over a variety of distances, All Class can provide a bit of quality under Denis O'Regan.

15.40 Thurles - The Little Yank

The plucky seven-year-old has gone from a starting price of 250/1 to 11/4 in the space of five races.
Granted the 250/1 was in a Naas Grade 1 but The Little Yank also posted a reasonable third in the Moscow Flyer at Punchestown at 150/1.

A nine-length course and distance win came on February 10 and The Little Yank can run better than his odds suggest once again in the Markaye Contracts Ltd Michael Purcell Memorial Novice Hurdle.
