Newmarket each-way racing tip: Conditions tailor-made for Vadream to defy odds in July Cup

Epictetus wins at Newmarket racecourse
The biggest prize of the day sees a high-class nine-runner field line up to contest the prestigious July Cup in the penultimate race at Newmarket’s summer festival.
16:35 Newmarket: Pertemps Network July Cup Stakes (6 furlongs)
It didn't feel much like summer on the miserably wet second day of the July Festival, and the worsening ground might well play into the hands of those horses that prefer to feel some cut in the ground.
The bookies have this down as a four-horse race, with just a couple of points covering Kinross, Shaquilleand Azure Blue, with Little Big Bear only a little further adrift, and all four hold legitimate claims.
Of those four, Kinross is most likely to enjoy any softening in the ground, but further down the market it is another proven mudlark, Vadream, who has caught the eye of Tipstrr's pundits, and at a very tasty price to boot
Charlie Fellowes' five-year-old mare has achieved all of her best performances in soft conditions, most notably on her season turf debut in bottomless ground at Doncaster in April, when she led from halfway and made further headway to land the Cammidge Stakes with four and a half lengths in hand.
Regular jockey Kieran Shoemark has guided six of his last seven rides to an each-way frame place, including one winner, and he will fancy his chances of adding to that tally here.
Suggested bet: Vadream each-way in the 16:35 at Newmarket
