Sandown have a good little flat card on Friday, April 23 and Planet Sport reckon River Thames can turn the tide on his opponents.

Click on Planet Sport's Live Race Centre for all the up to date information on racing at Sandown on Friday, April 22.

Here's a full rundown of Planet Sport's super seven picks from Sandown
Kimngrace (13.20 Sandown)
Find (13.50 Sandown)
Mostahdaf (14.25 Sandown)

Alcohol Free (15.00 Sandown)

River Thames (15.35 Sandown)

Emily Upjohn (16.10 Sandown)

Al Qareem (16.40 Sandown)
Plus here's some more information on Planet Sport's three main picks from Sandown. No time for a beer as we're starting with Alcohol Free.

15.00 Sandown - Alcohol Free

Andrew Balding's Alcohol Free certainly comes with a kick and should have more than enough class to take the bet365 Mile.

A high class filly who won the Sussex Stakes and the Coronation Stakes last term, Alcohol Free can seemingly turn it on at will.
With an entry in the Lockinge to look forward to, Rob Hornby should be in the winner's enclosure here.

15.35 Sandown - River Thames

Well thought of at Balloydoyle, River Thames can win a very competitive bet365 Classic Trial to show his Epsom Derby potential.

A winner of a Punchestown maiden, River Thames should have come on for that experience and holds a raft of top class entries, including the English and Irish Derby.
The Churchill colt can wash the field away under Ryan Moore.

16.10 Sandown - Emily Upjohn

A potentially class filly from John and Thady Gosden, Emily Upjohn can clinch the Nordoff Robbins Charlie Watts Memorial Fillies' Novice Stakes.

Sired by the great Sea The Stars, this three-year-old has an Epsom Oaks entry and was a game winner at Wolverhampton on debut.
Frankie Dettori gets the leg up on Emily Upjohn as she bids to show her Oaks credentials.
