Jumps action from Newbury draws the gaze of the ITV cameras on Friday, November 25 and the Planet Sport tipsters have a hot tip for each of the five live races.

There's a couple of Grade 2 races in Berkshire to enjoy, but before we get into the detail let's have a canter through our list of selections for Friday's action. You can find more detail on each of our selections further down the page.

Don't forget to check out the racecards, results and live odds in Planet Sport's racing live centre.

Selections:

13:20 (Newbury) Heezer Geezer

13:55 (Newbury) Stage Star

14:30 (Newbury) Paint The Dream

15:05 (Newbury) Proschema

15:40 (Newbury) Steal A March

13:20 (Newbury) Heezer Geezer

Heezer Geezer looked green on his hurdles bow at Aintree when edging left after the last, but, with improvement expected, Dan Skelton's charge can supplement an impressive bumper success at Doncaster in February.
Egbert was an eye-catcher when keeping on late at Warwick and he is likely to be thereabouts along with easy Worcester scorer I'd Like To Know.
Newcomer Stay Away Fay and Russian Ruler are others to note.

13:55 (Newbury) Stage Star

Stage Star looks set to have his name in lights and play a leading role in the Coral Racing Club Novices' Chase.

Paul Nicholls' son of Fame And Glory attained a high level as both a bumper horse and a hurdler and that trend has every chance of continuing now tackling the larger obstacles.

He had a pleasing start to life in his new discipline when making all for a facile 13-length success at Warwick earlier this month and the manner of victory makes it no surprise he is now contesting graded events over fences.
The six-year-old was a winner of the Challow Hurdle here over the same trip last year and with a wind operation seemingly rectified the issues that caused him to fail at both the Cheltenham Festival and Aintree in the spring, there is plenty in the favour of the smart Owners Group-owned gelding.

14:30 (Newbury) Paint The Dream

Paint The Dream appeared to be stretched by the 3m trip at Wetherby last month and rates a more appealing proposition now returned to handicap company.
The Fergal O'Brien-trained inmate remains unbeaten in two starts over fences at this venue and may prove capable of conceding weight to his rivals now dropped in class.
The Widdow Maker should strip fitter for his recent reappearance at Cheltenham and may prove the biggest threat, with Numitor another to consider.

15:05 (Newbury) Proschema

In the feature Coral Long Distance Hurdle, Proschema can keep Dan and Harry Skelton's fine spell going.

The trainer/jockey combination hit the headlines when Protektorat landed the Betfair Chase at the weekend and some of their brightest stars have also found the scoresheet in the days since, with Kateira scoring at Uttoxeter and Lac De Constance romping to victory at Kempton.
Proschema arrives on the back of an emphatic 10-length victory in the West Yorkshire Hurdle at Wetherby where he accounted for this race's defending champion Thomas Darby back in second.
He could be the chief danger to Proschema with a run under his belt, but the forecast good ground is set to play to the strengths of Skelton's seven-year-old and with question marks over plenty of the line-up under these conditions, it looks an ideal opportunity for Proschema to keep climbing the staying hurdling ladder.

15:40 (Newbury) Steal A March

Shearer disappointed when failing to secure a double in a competitive handicap at Cheltenham earlier this month and could face a tough assignment off top weight in this contest.

So it is easier to side with Steal A March, who was last seen securing a comfortable victory at Worcester in June.
He steps up in both trip and class but kept on strongly over 2m7f at the Midlands venue, so there could be more to come.
The booking of Harry Cobden for Time To Tinker is also noteworthy.
